FAQ

Are these experiences only for couples?
Yes — every Tandem experience is designed for exactly two people. The pricing, reservations, and itineraries are built around a pair. They make great anniversary, birthday, or "just because" dates.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just your phone with your QR ticket and a valid ID if alcohol is involved at any stop. Everything else — reservations, materials, and pre-payments — is handled for you.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is free up to 72 hours before your date, subject to availability. Email us at hello@tandempdx.com and we'll sort it out quickly.
Can I customize an experience?
The curated itineraries are fixed — that's what makes them work. However, you can add notes at checkout (dietary restrictions, allergies, special occasions) and we'll pass them to each venue.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 5 days in advance is recommended — some stops require reservations that need lead time. Weekend dates book quickly, so earlier is always better.
What if something goes wrong on the night?
Text or email us and we'll resolve it in real time. If a venue can't honor your booking for any reason, we'll either find an equivalent replacement or issue a full refund for that stop.
